Minimize Credit Card Fraud

Dear CBG Retailer,

With the holidays quickly approaching now is a good time to review your policies and procedures regarding avoiding credit card fraud.  To help with this we have created a powerpoint that can be used when re-training your employees.  This is an invaluable resource that is not normally provided by processors, however we wanted to provide this to you as an added benefit of processing with Solupay and being a member of CBG. 

If you are looking to NOT be responsible for a chargeback in the case of fraud, make sure you are accepting ALL transactions via an EMV ready terminal AND processing the sale by dipping/ inserting the chip.  If you manually key OR swipe a card you are completely liable for the transaction if it comes back as fraud.
